And on the sixth day...God created Manchester

Wow just read my last post when I was hot enough to jump in the pool at 11pm, how times have changed! I'm now back in Manchester as a fully-fledged Castlefield resident, and it may be a little chillier but man do I love city life. I thought I'd encapsulate this by posting a choice few meals I've enjoyed around the city centre in the couple of months since being back...

Greek tapas at Dimitri's, hearty

Halloumi fritter pad Thai at the Banyan Tree (my localest local), just delicious

Mushroom and leek crumble at The Wharf, mighty tasty for a veggie option

Salt-baked seabass at Evuna Deansgate, absolutely outstanding

Frankfurters, fries and German ale at Manchester Oktoberfest

Black pudding, poached egg &hollandaise followed by lamb hotpot at The Oxnoble, outstanding

The Wharf and my local walking spot

Taking in the view at Cloud 23

A delightful double rainbow from my balcony

Sunday morning canal strolling
